Instructions for Cleaning Lever Espresso Machine
- Into the portafilter with blind basket, add 1 scoop of EVO® for daily cleaning and insert it back into the espresso machine. If the machine is cleaned less frequently, use 2 scoops.
- Start the cycle and run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.
- Stop the cycle and let it work for 10 seconds.
- Repeat the cycle 4 times - clean for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds.
- Remove impurities deposited in the blind portafilter and rinse it thoroughly under running water.
- Reinsert the portafilter with blind filter, start and stop the cycle 10 times - rinse for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds, to ensure thorough rinsing.
- Remove the blind filter and insert the regular filter.
- Brew and discard one espresso to ensure the cleaning product is not part of the beverage.
Instructions for Cleaning Portafilter
Add 2 scoops of the product into 500 ml and leave the portafilters to soak overnight.
Rinse thoroughly under running water.
